Helen Tardent is an aerobics instructor and Pilates practitioner. She has rapidly risen to fame by presenting the Aerobics Oz Style daily fitness programmes, which are screened all over the world. In the UK this programme is shown several times a day on Sky Sports.
As a pioneer of Pilates in Australia, Helen was first introduced to her passion as a professional dancer with the Royal Academy of Dance in London.
This has led her to owning and operating a successful Pilates Studio, in Double Bay Sydney, Australia. Her goal - share dancing's best kept secret with all the AOS viewers.
