Helen Bresser

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Helen Bresser is a landscape photographer from North Wales. She has been taking pictures of the Welsh countryside for many years and some of her best work is available in galleries around Conwy.

Bresser is known for her contempt for the Internet and refuses to use it to publish any of her material, claiming that computer screens do not allow for true visual representation. Although many of her peers question this as an excuse due to the poor quality of her work, which has been widely criticised by claims of plagiarism. It is believed that these claims have shamed Miss Bresser into changing her career from photography to Town Planning.

In recent years stories have emerged in many British newspapers claiming Helen has turned to disguising herself in a PVC catsuit to hide her identity when out in public, earning her the nickname of 'Catwoman'. [1]Rumours have recently circulated that, due to the infamy of her 'Catwoman' disguise, she has taken to dressing up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz to ease the pain of her fall from grace.[2]

Controversially, in February 2006, a picture taken by Bresser of Conwy Castle was published on the BBC website.
