Hekyll and Jekyll
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hekyll and Jekyll is a an American-Samoan hip-hop group composed of two brothers, Charlie and Jack Hisatake. Based in California, they were heavily influenced by the Electric Boogaloos after moving to Los Angeles from the Bay Area. The brothers were famous for their dancing, and performed at clubs, dance competitions and even appeared in several music videos.[1] They incorporated popping techniques to add a harder edge to their strutting style.[2] They later expanded their musical scope by singing with an R&B band, Boyz of Paradise [[1]], and by providing production assistance to other artists.
