[edit] Joe Loves Crappy Movies
(moved from Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Joe Loves Crappy Movies) So where do I go to make an argument against deletion, you know, a sort of appeal. Oh, the articles talk page? You mean the one that was deleted? Or hell, I think instead I'm going to go on a mad rampage and put deletion stickers on all other webcomics without WEB (which again is a crappy excuse for deletion) in a way to just dominate wikipedia by having only the things I feel deserving of articles on here. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 18:43, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
- Write a better article with verifiable sources and put it in your user space. Then contact some of the delete voters and see if they think it would survive another AFD. If they think so, put it back out there. WP:CSD#G4 only applies if it's an identical article but doesn't apply if you can improve it and make it meet Wikipedia standards. In the meantime, don't "go on a mad rampage" and do anything... —Wknight94 (talk) 18:57, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Response to "Anger"
How many sane, logical people go to the Avatar pages anyway? Seriously, I must know. I sigh at fangirls and shippers. And then they keep arguing for it and so I yell. And then they say I have issues. THEY tell ME that I have issues...I guess they'd know. Bleh...Y BCZ 19:16, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

- And even AFTER I proved that wrong they still argue. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 20:03, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

I recently traveled into the heart of shipping, said some rather dangerous stuff, and came out unscathed. Though I made a new enemy: [1] (I'm "Y"). The logical functions of my brain nearly exploded from trying to argue my point against these people. Y BCZ 03:01, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- "Well now you've completely chucked logic out the window" I love that line. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 03:07, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] It's OVER!
Okay, hopefully that episode will shut the shippers up a bit, at least for a little while. Maybe we won't have to revert pages every single day now. Y BCZ 02:21, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah right man. Watch...erhm "OMG Zuko and Iroh are playing along with Azula so that Zuko can over throw his father when he gets back into the Fire Nation. And then he'll fall madly in love with Katara." Wow, that hurt my brain. Plus, Toph holding Sokka's arm to gain her balance will cause serious shipping. AND, if you just LOOK at the Crossroads page... well that's gonna be hell for a week. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 02:25, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Oh, no you don't
A.) Don't bite the newbies, and B.) Although profanity is acceptable in articles and the majority of users swear themselves, you can't go around cursing at whoever you want to. That's not the premise of "uncensored". --Light of Shadow 03:34, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- I might seem new, but I've been here far longer than yourself and don't appreciate having my message snubbed. --Light of Shadow 04:06, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- I wasn't snubbing it. I went cleaning. I've had 3 other people say the exact same thing you have and frankly I just don't care anymore, so I deleted it. Don't worry though, your message was recieved. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 04:15, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- Attitude like that is a sure-fire way to get yourself blocked. I would highly recommend archiving as opposed to completely deleting everything, and don't erase messages before responding to them. --Light of Shadow 04:20, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- Whatever. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 04:22, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- Are you aware of one of Wikipedia's simplest rules? One that, if everyone followed, would make building this encyclopedia so much easier? Apparently not. Again, attitude similar to that of what I've seen so far will result in a block. Watch yourself. --Light of Shadow 04:26, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Yeah cause vandals respond so well to a slap on the wrist. Why do you people waste your time with me? Go work on stopping the vandals and the other idiots out there. You and I both know how long and hard a process it is to get someone blocked or banned from Wiki. If you wish to waste that time on someone like me who is actually removing this shit from the site then be my guest. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 04:37, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
H2P, excuse me, but I believe you have gone a little too far. A week ago, I have discovered someone wanting to file a complaint about you on the Wikipedia talk page. I beg you, PLEASE stop your unacceptable behavior. The person who wished to file a complaint against you was merely a newcomer and was not familiar with Wikipedian rules. He merely wished for you to keep profanity on the talk pages a minimum. While that is not entirely unacceptable in Wikipedia, you should NOT have cursed and insulted him. I am VERY displeased by your behavior. User:Aidoflight

[edit] Avatar comment
Hey, what's going on? I am listening to you and I agree with you. It shouldn't have been presented as fact (in their universe), but if they did want to present it, they should qualify it as a legend. I was deleting out the comment. Of course, you may not be talking to me specifically which would make this response silly on my part. Happy Holidays.64.128.100.194 14:25, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] This mess...
I'm as sick of being patronized by this Manticore guy as you are, but I figure we should just let the discussion go. Seeing as the user that did it seems to be gone and nobody but him thinks its a good idea, the discussion will just sit there on the talk page anyway. Give it a few days and maybe this guy will be happy...--Fyre2387 (talk • contribs) 21:35, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Could I suggest that mundane editorial disagreements are most likely to resolve quickly and productively when editors observe the following:
- Remain polite per WP:Civility.
- Solicit feedback and ask questions.
- Keep the discussion focused. Concentrate on a small set of related matters and resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Focus on the subject rather than on the personalities of the editors.
Thanks! FrozenPurpleCube 04:48, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
- Could I suggest you shut the fuck up? H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 04:53, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
-
- Well, no, that would clearly run afoul of WP:Civil#Examples and possibly WP:NPA so I'd recommend against it. FrozenPurpleCube 03:36, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Rude
I've notified administrators about your rude actions and comments towards other users. I'm sure you don't care. I see your email address is Pendragon04@cinci.rr.com. It looks like you live in or around Cincinnati. So do I.(Ghostexorcist 12:45, 27 December 2006 (UTC))
- And? H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 19:09, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
I also believe and agree that you have violated Wikipedian rules. Please see to it that you do NOT violate them again, for I have read the many complaints that other users have filed against you, and please be assured that not only I believe that you should be punished for your actions, or perhaps even banned altogether if this mutinous behavior continues. I am warning you, be careful. Many users are already VERY unhappy about your actions. Beware the consequences of them. Also, I want you to know I read the Wikipedia talk page daily, and a two weeks ago I have found out that you have cursed and insulted a new user for apparently merely suggesting you keep your profanity in the Talk Pages to a minimum. Now I see, it is not only because of your profanity that other users are displeased and offended, it is because of your cruelty and unkindness that are directly targeted towards others. Once again, beware of the consequences of your actions. Uioh 22:52, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Dude, it's like people are trying to emulate you now [3] Check out how this guy responded to a bunch of the Avatar WP guys questioning his mega-blanking. Y BCZ 06:28, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AfD accusations
Recently, you accused a user of being a sockpuppet or being paid to express their opinion on an Afd. While certainly being concerned about bad faith in an AfD is important, I believe this accusation was unwarranted. In the future, I suggest you examine the user's contribs before making that kind of statement, and the No Personal Attacks] policy.
You may also wish to know that an AFD is not a vote, but a discussion. Accordingly, it is not numbers, but reasons that convince people. FrozenPurpleCube 17:04, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Behavior
By my count, I'm at least the fifth editor to post to this page about your violations of Wikipedia rules regarding behavior. As I'm sure you're well aware, punishments in Wikipedia - primarily blocking and banning - are reserved for serious offenses; what you've done so far is just juvenile-style obscenities, disrespect, and similar. So I thought I'd sketch out some alternative scenarios for you - first, of course, you can re-read WP:AGF, WP:CIVIL, and WP:NPA, and decide to follow them. Second, you can continue your low-level violations, backing off whenever someone pushes back at you. Third, you can do some minor petty things repeatedly, run into a trigger-happy admin by chance, and get a (brief) block on your record, which will be a red flag for others to report you thereafter. And fourth, if you really decide to get into a fight about something, you can get forced through the various levels of dispute resolution, ending up with an Arbitration Committee ruling (they're the ones who usually use the hammer). If that happens, whoever you're up against is going to drag out every obscenity and gaming of the rules and other violations to demonstrate that the best thing is to have you never able to further edit any article in Wikipedia.
So, a suggestion - stop saying things like this: But the real reason I'll keep fighting is because of Manticore. ... we should really keep watching him. Don't let him do too much and challenge everything he does.' That's stupid, if nothing else because it indicates you don't have anything more constructive to do. John Broughton | Talk 02:17, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- I DIDN'T SAY THAT! Another user said that to me because Manticore has really been dicking with us lately. I deleted it because I didn't want Manticore coming on here and calling me out for being in the wrong. I e-mailed the user who wrote it too and told him that we should probably back down a little because I'm sick of these damn warnings about my behavior. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 05:48, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- My mistake. I apologize. If you'd like to delete this section from your talk page, please feel free to do so. And thank you for talking to the other editor about this. John Broughton | ♫ 02:44, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] excuse me?
Would you mind explaining your note on my talk page? What is with "Pinky"? And "Troz" - did you mean Tvoz? Tvoz | talk 00:04, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Well, that's a better explanation than most, so... no problem. I thought you were accusing me of being a communist.... Or responding to my "she" userbox, and by the way, it's not really political correctness, it's really about equality. Think of it this way, would you like to be comsidered a part of womankind? Cheers ... hope your class gets less boring. It's been a long time since I was in college, and we didn't have wikipedia! Tvoz | talk 00:11, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Laura Mallory / Harry Potter
Um, Heir, I assume (good faith and all that) that you intended to merge Laura Mallory into the controversy page. Just redirecting to Harry Potter can't be right, can it? Philip Trueman 17:09, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- ...I did merge it. Mallory doesn't merit her own section so I put her under the Book Challenges section. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 17:12, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- I understand, but anyone who looks up Mallory not already knowing who she is will have to read a long way down an apparently irrelevant article before seeing the connection. Wouldn't it be better to have LM link to a controversy page where her name appears in the Contents? I don't feel too strongly about this, but I do think the current arrangement is far from ideal. Philip Trueman 17:25, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
- I'll redirect it to the part of the page where her name first pops then. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 17:29, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
- Or you'll do that. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 17:30, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The truth
While I believe it is the truth you should re-read your own talk page before you start to critize people. It looks like you are a pretty crappy Wikipedier too! Planb11 08:35, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
- My problems with Wiki is that I'm too harsh on ass holes like you that try to ruin it and o stupid crap to pages. Don't ever compare my warnings to the stuff you've been doing. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 09:01, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding your comment about my support
"Good article and I have used it often for information."- is enough for supporting an article for FA status. In fact, just saying support implies I agree that the article meets the FA requirements. Bye. --Blacksun 15:24, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Zuko Nonsense
Any chance you can take a look at the Zuko page? Fyre2387 is continually insisting he's 17 at some non-specific point in book 2 and refusing to provide anything resembling a source. I'd like to end a rather obnoxious back and forth edit war. Eban 20:03, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Goodbyebluespirit.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Goodbyebluespirit.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. [edit] Speedy deletion of Template:User Avatar: The Last Airbender
A tag has been placed on Template:User Avatar: The Last Airbender requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.
If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).
