Heinz-Otto Kreiss

Born in 1930's Germany, Heinz-Otto Kreiss is a renowned mathematician in the field of computational mathematics and professor emeritus at the University of California, Los Angeles, now residing in Sweden. He earned his Ph.D. at Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in 1959.
