Heidi Baker and her husband Rolland are the founders of IRIS Ministries. Originally from California, USA, they are now based full-time in Mozambique where they oversee 9,000 churches, a national Bible College and care for over 7,000 children at their centers; their churches take in orphans also. Rolland Baker is the grandson of missionary H.A. Baker.

Rolland and Heidi also have an active global ministry.
