Hegesinus of Pergamon

Hegesinus (Greek: Ἡγησίνους), of Pergamon, an Academic philosopher, the successor of Euander and the immediate predecessor of Carneades as the leader (scholarch) of the Academy.[1] He was scholarch for a period around 160 BC. Nothing else is known about him.
