Talk:Hedi Enghelberg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am entering Hedi Enghelberg as an author. He has written a number of books in Spanish and sold 10,000 copies of his fiction based on fact book entitled The H-Clone, which I am currently translating from Spanish to English. The others will also be translated. I believe you have a category for published authors. I am a newbie to posting anything or editing on Wikipedia. Please help.

Hedi's books have been sold and are being sold online through both Barnes & Noble as well as Amazon.com. He also writes poetry. This is in addition to being a Mechanical Engineer.

I have been using Wikipedia as a reference for The H-Clone, a novel which proposes that samples were taken from Hitler and Bormann and smuggled out of Germany to Argentina for cloning. The novel takes readers through the Battle of Berlin and to Hitler's final days. The Mossad sends a group to obtain the samples meant for cloning and the agents board the Dakar in England. The Dakar was the Israeli submarine which sank off the coast of Haifa. There is a lot of history in the book as well as many personages I have looked up in Wikipedia.

The topic of Cloning is hotly debated and is very controversial, since the use of stem cells may in fact reduce or eliminate certain ailments. On the other hand, cloning can be misused and there are some legitimate moral objections and fears to implementing it. Can we stop its progress? Can progress be stopped in any field?

There are people in every generation that are creative thinkers who contribute forward thinking ideas in their time. There are certain authors who don't just write a novel, but who write material that make men think about how what they do today can impact future generations and life on this planet. Enghelberg also writes about the Holocaust and writes poetry. Gabeten (talk) 06:43, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Although I have been using Wikipedia as a reference, I have no expertise in entering information for others to use as a reference. I have already made some changes to the entry and will continue to edit. I am open to suggestions of how I should present the information.

I hope you will reconsider and not delete this author, who I believe has contributed modern literature in Spanish.

[edit] Cloning Debate

This article contained a list of questions on the ethics and safety of cloning, which did not belong in the article. I removed this content as it was off topic and unencyclopedic. I also copy edited and formatted the article to make it more readable. Iepeulas (talk) 03:14, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
