Hedva Harekhavi

Hedva Harekhavi, Israeli poet and artist, was born in 1941 in Degania B, one of the oldest kibbutzim in Israel. A graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art, she has lived in Jerusalem most of her life and has so far published four volumes of poetry. Her most famous poem is Ani rotsa rak lehagid lakh - "I just want to tell you," where both the "want" and the "you" are in the feminine case.
