The hedgehog seahorse (Hippocampus spinosissimus) is a species of fish in the Syngnathidae family. It is found in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is coral reefs. It is threatened by habitat loss.
