I wrote this article about Heather Arnet because she is very influential in Pittsburgh. When she was running for the School Board, I know a lot of people (myself included) wanted to find an un-biased biograpghy of her just to get some basic info. So, I created this one on Wikipedia. Arnet is a real person affecting real change, regardless of whether you agree with her aims, and that is always notable. Arnet has been the subject of dozens of published newspaper articles(search the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for these), and she has been given several distinguished awards.
