This page needs details on the resulting lawsuits, one of which involved infamous lawyer Jack Thompson representing the mothers of slain victicms against the makers of the moive Basketball diaries, which they claimed in part caused the shootings (despite it being unclear as to whether this movie was seen by the shooter).

- Shelley Schaberg, 17 at the time, was described by the principal as the school’s best female athlete. Voted Miss Heath High School by the senior class, Shelley was homecoming queen.
This isn't particularly clear. Was she voted MHHH and homecoming queen before or after the incident? Nil Einne 11:10, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
