Talk:Heat Project
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
OOPMan - This page seems to be a marketing spin in terms of its general tones and title...
Yes, I realize this. I started from editing spelling errors from the version by Plkp981056 (check the versions and you'll see), it's actually a translation from the summary page in the Taiwan/Hong Kong version Heat Project website. I have already redone the whole page, it's about 70% finished, I still have to request permission from Gamania for the image and also add some other stuff. --Ericlaw02 18:52, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
Still unable to request permission for a screenshot from http://www.heatproject.com.hk.
My e-mail to Gamania HK customer service:
"ericlaw02 to hk_cs My name is Eric, and I am working on a Wikipedia article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_Project). I would want to ask for permission for a screenshot of Heat Project, which is located on http://www.heatproject.com.hk/images/003.jpg. "
and then Gamania used an auto reply system to reply me that "Thank you for the suggestions, player. We will now transfer your e-mail to the Heat Project Customer Service.".
It's already 4 days... --Ericlaw02 13:21, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Ahh, never mind, i'll add screenshots by myself. Don't you like Gamania's "nice" customer service? --Ericlaw02 14:18, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] To people that keep vandalizing the "Versions" section:
Yes, I do know that Gamania's service isn't that good, but remember, Wikipedia is not a place for anti-gamania. The posted content should be neutral, not just saying Gamania is "爛橙" frequently. Thank you. Ericlaw02 15:56, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Suggestions on how to improve? (about prod tag)
I'm not really sure what sources should I add...there aren't many sources about this game (as I know), other than some game magazines, official websites and some unofficial forums.
I don't buy game magazines, and the official websites don't cover most information.
Can I source unofficial forums? Also, where should I source?
Thanks for reading. -Ericlaw02 17:51, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
- If you think the game is notable, just remove the prod. Wikipedia:Prod is for cases where all editors agree that the article should be deleted without discussion, but anyone may remove the prod. --Allefant 11:43, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
