the name 'health effector' seems to imply causation. The article says a risk factor is a health effector, but risk factors are strictly to do with correlation. Isn't this a bit of a problem? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Theonlyduffman (talk • contribs) 07:26, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
