[edit] The Question
So I started working on this and found two appropirate categories (Category:Hair and Category:Anatomy-stub when I realized that there's already a much fuller (no pun intended) piece on the subject at Hair#Head hair. As far as I can tell, normally what happens is that we wait until the section becomes too long, then move it to the main article and write a short summary with a "Main Article:____" tag. In this case, the main article does exist but is basically a one-sentence stub. Sooo... what do we do? Personally, I'd call for changing the whole thing to a redirect in the meantime; even though NewGuy4 did a pretty decent opener, it wouldn't be a loss of that much work — but do correct me if I'm wrong, I mean absolutely no offense (I sure can't claim to have started an article longer than two sentences).
Oh, I should also mention that I went ahead with the "Main article" tag, with a mention of this one still being a stub, if only to attract a little more attention to the issue (for people already curious about head hair). Was that wrong? --Lenoxus 23:18, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
- "Notice that the hair is on the head" Duh. If only someone could write a longer article AND remove that picture. It's creepy. Looks like it's looking at me.64.40.57.69 00:19, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Merge
Does this really need its own article? It should be merged with Hair because they are practically the same topic. Kamope · talk · contributions 01:28, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
Agreed; this is absolutely unneccesary and self explanatory. If more information were given it may be appropriate to have a seperate article.--Elysianfields 23:49, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
