I noticed that the only star of the show who did not yet have their own Wikipeida entry was the show's most known star Libby Tanner, so I created one. - Matthew238 01:00, 24 November 2005 (UTC)

Should we consider moving this page to headLand (well, actually HeadLand because of limitations on wikipedia) and leave this page as a redirect? DynaBlast 08:37, 24 November 2005 (UTC)

Many guides refer to the show using the spelling Headland, however the titles give the headLand spelling, and, working of what the soap opera WikiProject proposes (which may not apply to this)—or at least what I can gather from it—this spelling is possibly the best one. I'll do the shift now. --JB Adder | Talk 08:46, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

Why has headland been axed????????? How rude!! Headland is an awesome show and thousands watch it.. it is disgraceful!

I don't know that it has. I have heard there has been no decision made, and whoever added that comment did not add a source. On that basis I am going to remove it. DynaBlast 23:07, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
This is what was removed - As of 28th Decemeber 2005 headLand has been officially axed from its Monday-Thursday 7.00pm slot and all remaining episodes will be aired at Monday and Thursday at 9.00pm as of January 16th. No further seasons will be produced. - It would be good to know where this info came from. - Matthew238 07:33, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
I re-added a bit about the shows cancellation, as a look at TV Week confirms that headLand is not being shown from the 16th of January. - Matthew238 07:40, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
And I'm going to edit that a bit. Seven have not made a decision on Headland yet, and it was known months ago that Headland would go off during the Australian Open. DynaBlast 08:42, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

I think that the axing of headland is outragis not only for the viewer but for aussie made dramas after the axing of blueheelers which has give excelent rating to seven for over 12 years and someone should step in and stop the axing of aussie made drams because it a descrase

The site http://www.screenhub.com.au have announced via email newflash today that the series has been cancelled. Nothing on the actual site yet (which is a subscription site.) Asa01 07:45, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
