This is a first draft really and I hope local historians will add and change this article as you see fit. I've tried to put a bit more info about heacham from the two lines that existed previously.
Points for inclusion
- The little domesday book is entry is marked as being for Essex, but other sources have it as Norfolk. Have contacted the site owner for clarification.
- Beaches need to be expanded, to really importance of the victorian seaside culture, the effect of closing the rail line in '69 and possibly it's importance to the local economy.
- Expand on flooding.
- On the prehistory/history section there should be mention maybe of the paleolithic axe mentioned in the story of Coo's Axe
- Include the zeppelin raid?
- Did Pocahontas actually live in Heacham & include photo of village sign.
- Hamilton cottage, Collins Lane - Lady Hamilton, Nelson mistress didn't she lived here?

I visited Heacham today, I think it is only 3 miles south of Hunstanton - not 14 miles as stated in the article.
- It says between King's Lynn, 14 miles to the south and Hunstanton about 3 miles to the North. Khukri 17:18, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
