[edit] Composition of School

Heathmont College is divided into two separate sub-schools. Each school is overseen by a Head of School and an Assistant Principal with ultimate policy-making power residing with the School Council and College Principal.

[edit] Middle School

Assistant Principal: Michael Fitzgerald
Head of School: Mandy Rienits
The college's Middle School incorporates all students from Year 7 to Year 9.
The Year 7 and Year 8's are divided into four "learning circles": A/B, C/D, E/F and G/H. Currently each learning circle has a coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and discipline of the students in their learning circle. The College's policy is to minimise the number of teachers in each learning circle if possible so that many teachers will only teach classes in one learning circle and maximize student learning.
At Year 9 level, two coordinators oversee the entire Year 9 population.

[edit] Senior School

Assistant Principal: Jill English
Head of School: Ilze Svarcs
The college's Senior School incorporates all students from Year 10 to Year 12.
