Heather North Kenney (born on December 13, 1950 in Pasadena, California) is an American actress and voice artist. She is most notable as having performed the voice of Daphne Blake in all incarnations of Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoon series from 1970 to 1979, and from 1983 to 1985. North was the second actress to voice Daphne; Stefanianna Christopherson voiced the character during the first season of Scooby-Doo, Where are You! in 1969. Although her last voiceover as Daphne on a regular basis was The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo which aired for only 13 episodes and was cancelled in 1985, she would briefly return to the series for the 2003 direct-to-video movies Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire, and Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico.

North is married to Wes Kenney, producer of the NBC Daytime drama Days Of Our Lives, the vehicle which launched North's acting career.
