Heathcote Junction is a railway station on the North East railway in the town of Heathcote Junction, Victoria, Australia. It is only two kilometres from Wandong station, an oddity on the Victorian country railway network.
The railway crosses the Great Dividing Range near this station which is the highest point on the line. A disused signal box remains on the Melbourne end of this station. Heathcote Junction used to be the junction for a branch railway to Heathcote and thence to Bendigo.
