Heart And Soul is the name of a 1995 album by the British pop group Five Star. It was the group's first album for four years, released independantly on their own label, Tent Records. It was first released in the US in 1994, where it faired poor, and released in the UK in 1995, where sales reached #80 on the UK chart. Media critics said the album was one of their best to date.
