Headington School is an independent girls' school in Headington, Oxford, England founded in 1915.

The main school is an all girls, uniform secondary school for girls aged 11–18. The school has boarders (full, weekly and flexible boarding) and day girls. The school motto is 'AΓΩNIZOY TON KAΛON AΓΩNA THΣ ΠIΣTEΩΣ', a quotation (in Koine Greek) from 1 Timothy 6.12, meaning 'Fight the Good Fight of Faith'. 'Fight the Good Fight' is also the school song. There is also a feeder school, Headington Preparatory School for girls aged 3–11. Over 900 girls attend both schools and it is top in the country for A level I.C.T.

There is a newly built theatre, with visiting drama groups and music concerts. Other buildings include the Dining Room, extensive Art Department and three laboratories.
