Headboard may refer to:
- headboard (furniture)
- train headboard, a board attached to the front of trains, especially named trains
- a plastic or wooden reinforcement for the head of a sail, providing the halyard cringle
- a gravemarker made of wood, commonly used as a temporary marker, and in America before the commodification of stone gravemarkers. Also known as graveboard and tombstick.
