"Head First" is the sixth episode of the first season of the sitcom The King of Queens. It was aired on CBS on October 26, 1998.

Doug takes Arthur out on a Friday night because he feels sorry for Arthur being all alone. When Carrie finds out about this she shows her appreciation to Doug by giving him oral pleasure. Doug starts to take Arthur out more and more because he hopes Carrie will keep 'appreciating' him. However, Arthur doesn't really fit in with the rest of the group Doug hangs out with.
