"He Is" is an soul–gospel song written by American singer-songwriter Brandy, Warryn Campbell and Harold Lilly for Brandy's third studio album Full Moon (2002). Produced by Campbell and Brandy, the song was released as the album's third single in the United States in October 2002. While "He Is" failed to chart on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, it reached minor success with a peak position of number 78 on the official U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop Chart.

Originally meant to be seen as a pure gospel song, the song was released as radio single only since Brandy was heavily pregnant at the time of its release and so was unavailable to promote the single or film a video. [1]
