Go Skateboarding Day (GSD) is a holiday that occurs annually on June 21st. The holiday was conceived by the International Association of Skateboard Companies (IASC) to help make skateboarding more noticeable to the world through various events held in major cities around the world. It has received Special Congressional Recognition from the US Congress for promoting the sport of skateboarding. [1][2]
