HD 197167 is an 8th magnitude star in the constellation Cygnus. It is a blue giant star of the spectral type B8III, meaning it has a surface temperature of 11,000 to 25,000 kelvin and is much brighter, hotter, and larger than our Sun.[1] It can be found within one degree of the star Deneb.[2]
