The HBot3 Annual was first an idea thought up by the friends of User:HBot3, as a "local" version of the Wikipedia Signpost. I then got the idea of turning it into a small "communtiy" online news section relating to Wikipedia. The difference from the Wikipedia Signpost is that you can report how many articles on Wikipedia that you have corrected due to vandalism, incorrect information, etc. Also report announcements, events and more to this annual paper.
