Hazmus is a unique and uncommon nickname for the name 'Harry'. It was first used in reference to the rock band 'Razmus' by Donald Maul in late 2006. It is believed that Donald did not plan nor antisipate the success of the nickname that he claims just sprang into his head as he greeted his friend Harry Willmott, and thought it as a good ice breaker at the time. Hazmus is also believed to be an extention of the shorter and more common nickname 'Haz' which is widely used as a quick and easy way to say the names 'Harry', 'Harrison', 'Harriet' or 'Harold'. Although is it unknown, apart from the reference to the 'RazMUS', where the '-MUS' in 'Hazmus' was originally orientated, many have speculated and come up with some theoretical reasons why it exists and what it may stand for.
Chris Knab of the St Peters International college of Languages believes that 'MUS', derives from the Italian 'Musto', pronounced 'Moo-Stoe', which means to eat Musturd while driving however he is unsure why it has been adopted by its English Aquaintence.
Another theory is that the 'MUS'is taken from the popular Spanish card game which itself is also called 'MUS' originating from the Navarre and Basque regions. From there it spread all over the country, where it is now the most played card game, spawning countless Mus clubs or peñas and becoming a staple game among college students.
Some Unorthadox Philoserphers have taken this mystery apon themselves to solve and have drawn the concluesion that 'MUS'is the Acronym for the 'Massive, Unitary, Simple' secret society which consider the human race to be one single massive organism. They believe that each entity (or person) in this organism needs to complete daily and repeatitive tasks needed to allow the whole organism to pass on to the 'next level' of which little is known about, though it is known that the whole human race is required to complete their own individual tasks before the organism as a whole can move on, much like a human body needs certains tasks to be completed before it can eat again. To remind each mamber of their task within the organism they are given somewhat unique names which have encrypte in them; their task, Rank, and original name. As it has already been discussed the last part of the name is MUS. From this thoery the philoserphers have drawn to the conclusion that 'Hazmus' is not merley a nickname but the key into what task the entity who posses it is given to do, what rank( or how close to the ultimate goal it is) and a reminder of its original identity. Therefore the 'HAZ' means that the first letter of the entitys original name was 'H', its Rank is 'A' which could stand for anything from 'Acceptable' to 'Awesome' and its task: 'Z' which could also be anything from 'Zebra breeding' to 'Zalophus management'.
A far-fetched theory indeed.
