[edit] Merge proposal

Any objections to this being merged with HMIS Color Bar? —MJCdetroit (talk) 16:15, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Yes! I object. There is nothing in Hazardous Materials Identification System to merge with. Perhaps you should be suggesting that we rename HMIS Color Bar to something more general and then expand that article. Pzavon (talk) 04:05, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Something more general...how about Hazardous Materials Identification System? That article would have all of the HMIS Color Bar information plus the little snippet that is in the HMIS article. —MJCdetroit (talk) 04:19, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
The Hazardous Materials Identification System article seems to have been created simply to have a place into which the HMIS Color Bar article could be merged. Why not simply rename the longer, existing article and then expand it? Why bother with the more time consuming merge process? Pzavon (talk) 04:32, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
You're talking about 45 seconds compared to 60 seconds. —MJCdetroit (talk) 13:06, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
