[edit] General Information
Hazel Grove High School's GCSE results are above England's national average.[1][2] However, according to the schools league table it is ranked lower than other schools in the area.[3] It has gained DfES designation for three of its subjects and is also a Microsoft Academy.[4]
There is concern as the school has had five different headteachers in the last five years.
In 2006 the school became a Research and Development Hub for the North West of England for Learning Technologies. This designation was made by the Specialist Schools' Trust
