HAZCO Environmental Services is Canada's largest Environmental and Demolition Services Contractor (Revenue).

HAZCO's services include Soil and Groundwater Remediation, Facility Decommissioning, Asset Recovery, Landfill and Waste Services, Environmental Construction (Slurry Walls), Environmental Technologies (Pump & Treat Systems), Emergency Reponse and management of Drilling Wastes. HAZCO performs remediation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous contaminants.

HAZCO's Corporate office is based in Calgary, Alberta but other facilities are located in B.C., Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Nova Scotia. HAZCO is also located in Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon and Peru.

HAZCO's Clients include Native Groups, Federal, Provincial and Municipal Government, "Big Oil" Firms, other Large Industry, Consulting & Engineering Firms and other Private Business.

David P. Werklund and a group of six private equity funds were successfully able to purchase all outstanding shares of the Trust in 2007 in order to take the company private. The 2007 buyout was for a sum totaling approximately $3.5 Billion (Canadian).

The CCS Group of Companies includes other firms, such as: Beck, HMI, Concord, Normcan, Lionhead, Prodrill and HiAlta.
