Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Adam 1412) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a film;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
• The copyright is most likely held by Universal Studios;
• It is used to provide an image for Venatosaurus saedivicus, where there is no free alternative.
