Hayat Ullah Khan

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hayat Ullah Khan (1976 - 2006) Was a journalist and Frontline colleague who embarrassed the Pakistan government by publishing pictures which clearly showed evidence that Jalaluddin Haqqani was killed by American missiles. He was mysteriously kidnapped five days after the pictures had been published. He was in a taxi with his brother when a car pulled up next to them and four men came to abduct him. Six months after his kidnapping he was found in ditch near his village with five bullet holes in his head and his back. It is widely believed by Hayat Ullah's family members that the Pakistani government was involved in the kidnapping. The Pakistani government has publicly stated that they had no involvement in Hyat Ullah's kidnapping and murder.
