Hay and Stone (sometimes written Hay & Stone) are a Finnish rock/post-grunge band that formed in 2003 by the bass player Eero Heinonen, who also plays in The Rasmus.
The band has existed since 2003, but have only released one studio album, Making Waves. Their most famous song is "Give Me the Power Back" which also got released as a music video. They are most influenced by Nirvana and Pearl Jam.
