[edit] The Apostrophe

The state park drops the apostrophe from its name.Malepheasant 03:03, 24 October 2005 (UTC)

The state park appears to have no apostrophe, but I am pretty sure that the specific location name has one. I will search some old WV history texts to verify this. Youngamerican 02:56, 24 October 2005 (UTC)

  • Yes, I'm assuming this to be true...mainly just accounting here for the weird switching back and forth in the text of the article.Malepheasant 03:03, 24 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Disambiguation?

Hawks Nest (locality name without apostrophe) is a town on the Mid North Coast in New South Wales, Australia. It has postcode 2324. Wikipedia currently redirects Hawks Nest to Hawk's Nest (VA, USA).

Would a disambiguation and stub article be appropriate? --Sydtrivium 23:41, 15 November 2005 (UTC)

At the beginning of the existing article, I have added a dab statement referring to the Port Stephens article, an area which apparently includes the coastal village of Hawks Nest on the North Coast, New South Wales, Australia. This statemennt can easily be modified should a separate article about the village itself be created such as the one for neighboring Tea Gardens. I hope this addresses your concerns.
