Please note the row of exhaust-pipes and also the beard-cooling protrusion below the engine. There is no radial engine under the hood and it is thus no Tempest.
Only the Tempest II had a Centaurus radial engine. The Tempest's I, V and VI's all had the inline Napier Sabre, the Tempest I having wing-root radiators without the prominent 'chin'. Ian Dunster 01:12, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
