Hawkhead railway station is a railway station in the Seedhill area of Paisley in Renfrewshire, Scotland. The station is managed by First ScotRail and lies on the Paisley Canal Line 10 km (6½ miles) west of Glasgow Central.
This was a newly-built station opened in 1991 following the resumption of train services on the Paisley Canal Line, in 1990. It replaced the original passenger station that was closed on 14 February 1966, under the Beeching Axe.

The station opened on 1 May 1894 and was closed on 1 January 1917.[1] It was later reopened by the British Transport Commission; and was closed to passengers on 14 February 1966.[1]
A newly-built station opened in 12 April 1991.[1]
[edit] Services
Monday to Saturdays there is a half-hourly service westbound to Paisley Canal and eastbound to Glasgow Central.
There is no Sunday service.
