Route 7241 is a short unsigned state highway in the U.S. state of Hawaii. It runs through 'Aiea from Salt Lake Boulevard northeast along Kahuapaani Street and Halawa Heights Road to Camp H.M. Smith, crossing Interstate H-201 at an interchange. It was built in the 1970s to help route traffic around Aloha Stadium.

A mile marker north of Aliipoe Drive shows the designation.^{[citation needed]}
