[edit] History

The HFL was founded in 1993. Today, the HFL was the only, and thus far, the only semi-pro football league in the islands.

[edit] Adminastration

  • President: Danny Crowell
  • Vice President: Darren Atkins
    • (years unknown for both)

[edit] End of the League

The league ended operation in 2005 and all teams have thus folded. There is no current explanation as to why the league folded nor is there information as to if the league will return or semi-pro football will continue in Hawaiʻi.

Former President Danny Crowell is said to be living on the Big Island and Former Vice President Darren Atkins is said to have moved to Colorado.

[edit] Tsunami Bowl Championships

Tsunami Bowl was the name of the HFL championship game.
