Haviva Ner-David

Haviva Ner-David is an Orthodox Jew living in Israel. She made international headlines in 2006 by becoming the first Orthodox woman to receive traditional Orthodox Rabbinical ordination (Hebrew: Semicha)[1].

She received her ordination from Rabbi Aryeh Strikovsky, an Orthodox Rabbi living in Jerusalem, Israel.
