Havana is a character in the DC Universe.

Odalys Milagro Valdez is recruited for Sgt. Rock's incarnation of the Suicide Squad and given the codename Havana. She is by Sgt. Rock to be the second-in-command and is responsible for recruiting members. It was revealed that she is the daughter of Amanda Waller but was given up for adoption.

She works behind the scenes with a young, blonde man code-named Modem. They are assisted by Bulldozer, Rock's wheelchair bound friend.

Havana is killed by Rustam II of the Onslaught (formerly the Jihad).
