Havaligi (pronounced haavaaleegee) is a little village in the border between Andhara Pradesh and Karnataka. Nearest Railroad is Bellary and the nearest airport is Bellary(Hospet).
Officially, village is in the district of Anatapur. The nearest town is Uravakonda.(Characterized by Tall Hill at the Centre of the town.)
As like the typical Indian village, it is headed by village head.
