I've added the reference that was removed back to the article, but left the reference needed tags in. My opinion is that the ref is valid, but I'm happy for others to make their own decisions. In order for this to happen, the ref needs to be accessible. Mjroots (talk) 22:14, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
