[edit] He presided over PLA bombardment?

"As commander of the 9th Infantry Division from 1958 to 1961, Hau presided over the 44-day bombardment of Quemoy by the People's Liberation Army." Why would a KMT officer preside over a PLA action? That makes no sense. Perhaps he presided over the defense of Quemoy during the bombardment? Readin (talk) 00:24, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
