Hatzeva (Hebrew: חצבה) is a moshav in southern Israel. It belongs to the Central Arava Regional Council.

Hatzeva was originally founded in 1965 by Nahal and became a communal moshav. In 1971-2 it became a workers' moshav, and its location changed slightly.

Hatzevah is named for "Ein Hatzav", which is the Arab name for this location.
