Hatzav (Hebrew: חצב‎, lit. Squill) is a moshav in central Israel. Located on Highway 40 between Gedera and Be'er Sheva, it covers 3,200 dunams and falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 914.

The moshav was founded in 1949 by immigrants from Tripoli in Libya.[1] It is split into two parts; the farming area and the "Yellow Squares" section. The latter consists of half-dunam plots for construction of dwellings for new residents.
