Hatty Jones is a former British child actress whose sole credit was playing the role of the title character in the 1998 movie Madeline.

Hatty was born on July 21, 1988, in London, England. She made her feature film debut at the tender age of nine playing the title role of Madeline, which was based on the picture book series by Ludwig Bemelmans. She was picked among thousands of applicants in a casting search, which was looking for the girl with the right height and charm for the role.

- Hatty's hair color is actually blonde, so she had to dye it slightly red in the movie.
- She had to cancel her shooting in a BBC show in order to play her role in the 1998 film.
