Hasidim in Marienbad (now Mariánské Lázně) in 1923 at a rabbinical conference. The man with the white beard is Rabbi Chaim Elazar Shapiro, the Munkatcher Rebbe, known by the Halakhic work the Minchas Eluzer, and the head rabbi of Hungary. The man to the left of him is Rabbi Meir Shapiro, founder of Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin and the Daf Yomi system of learning
