The District of Has (Albanian: Rrethi i Hasit) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania and one of the smallest. It has a population of 25,500 (2004 estimate), and an area of 374 km². It is in the north-east of the country, and its capital is Krumë.
Rrethi i Hasit has a load of villages and they are well known for their help in 1999 in the Kosovo War against Serbs (especially village called "Vlahen"). Vlahen is a village of 300 houses and a population of 3000 people. It hosted many refugees from Kosovo. It also has a variety of mountains like Pashtrigu 2847m, Maja Gajrepit 1875, Qafa e Kunores dhe Qafa e Kurrizit.
Krume is a pleasant small town of Has District. It is located at the bottom of the mauntain "Bjeshka e Krumes" on the east, mountain of "GAJREPI" ("Mali i Gajrepit") on the east of the town it starts the "river vrella" which comes out of the bottom of the mountain huge source of water serving the domestic population needs.
